I never eat dairy I only have dairy when I have it with lactase enzyme pills (eg. Lactaid, Lacteeze) I generally avoid dairy, but sometimes have it I can handle dairy a couple of times a week I eat it all the time, but geez I feel sick afterwards

I would never buy anything online I have bought several things, but not food I would try it if I couldnt find it locally I occassionally buy food online now I regularly buy food online
