Mini-Chol Imitation Cheese

Mini-Chol Imitation Cheese is made with Soya Bean. Its characteristics are soft, very light, fruity and mild. It's great with red wine and perfect for use at the table, for snacks, melting and slicing. Its lactose free, halal and kosher approved. Find it in your cheese section of your supermarket.

There has been some slight confusion between this product and Lo-Chol Imitiation Cheese. The Lo-Chol version contains lactose, but the Mini-Chol version does not.
