HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
lactose.com.au has now been online a year now!!
Lactose Party!

Go to www.lactose.com.au/rsvp for more details and to let us know if your coming.
Seats are limited and there will be plenty of lactose free cakes and desserts on offer. It would be great to meet you and discuss all things lactose intolerant

Are you new to lactose intolerance and don't know where to begin?
It can be hard, there is a lot of information on the site, so in the Latest News section click 'START HERE'. It should help to answer all those initial questions.
Travelling
You travelling overseas soon? A bit nervous about managing?
Well we at lactose.com.au are tackling the problem head on.
We will be travelling around the world very soon for a couple of months throughout Europe and USA. We will be building a good list of hints and tips for the lactose intolerant traveller.
If you have any tips of your own please email them to us, and we will include them in our "Guide to Lactose Intolerant Travelling" when we return later in the year.

We would like to thank you all for the emails that have been sent and all the good questions you have asked. We make a point of answering all emails as soon as possible. But there be some delays while we are travelling, so please bare with us.
There are more plans for the website when we return that will hopefully continue to make this site a portal for lactose intolerant people throughout Australia.
Once again we thank you for joining the mailing list, as it is an important way to support the website as well as being kept informed about all things lactose intolerant.
Please forward this to friends that might be interested in this information.
